      I haven’t encountered any major problems so far but I have only been working for five years now. Some days there are challenging questions or issues to solve but no critical problems yet.

      Sometimes we have problems getting parts to be able to complete our work on time. I spend a lot of time designing things that can be pre-made so we can get them quicker next time.
