      I think having common sense is very important as well as being able to get on with other people as a lot of work is done in teams. I also have to be good at explaining things so people can fully understand my designs.

      You need to be good at, working in a team, communicating with people. You need to be prepared to work hard and be committed.

      I think being a good communicator will go a very long way and also being a good team player. That is the fundamentals to become a good engineer that can communicate their ideas and work in a team which is essential.
