I need to know about electrics and other rules used in the Water industry to help create designs. All out projects are done in teams and I have to work closely with other engineers to learn information. We have team meetings to discuss things to make our designs work better or if we need help. For example sometimes I need a new building to put electric panels in. I tell people what size the building needs to be, someone else draws it and other civil engineers design how to build it and fix it to the ground.

Communication and Teamwork skills are necessary because even if you have the best technical ideas but you can’t get them across or explained to your team they can’t be used. I work in a group.
