• Question: Are there a lot of hard decision making

      Yes there are but with all things hard, nothing is impossible. I think that was one of the biggest challenges for me when I started as an engineer. I struggled to take responsibility for my decisions and designs. That has improved now and I am more confident in making decisions.

      Sometimes you have to make a decision that you are not sure about which can be quite hard. It can also be difficult when you need to tell someone something they wont like following a decision you have made!

      Yes, I have to balance the needs of people involved in my projects with the need to deliver what is required and ensure we do not spend too much money. This can be very difficult, particularly when things don’t go to plan.
